Shipment:

All orders above 100 EUR will be shipped without charge, regardless of the country of destination. For orders below 100 EUR, the shipment charges will be 5,9 EUR for deliveries to continental France (France metropolitaine), and 9,9 EUR for any other destination.  

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days from payment receipt. Shipments to France will be performed by Colissimo. Shipment to all other destinations will be performed by registered international mail. Delivery times depend on the destination country.

Returns:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or a reimbursement. You have 14 days to return the item from the day of its delivery, after which time no reimbursement will be authorised.

The purchased jewels must be returned in their original package and without any damages. All costs and risks associated with the return are borne by the customer.
